Welcome to The One Spa, a newly opened massage spa serving Tempe, Arizona. We created our spa to provide a peaceful and comfortable place where guests can step away from daily responsibilities, relax their bodies and enjoy professional care.

Body Massage and Reflexology
Our services focus on two popular forms of relaxation: body massage and reflexology. A body massage provides full-body attention and can be adjusted according to your preferred pressure and areas of focus. Guests who enjoy stronger pressure may add deep tissue for an additional $20.
Our body-massage sessions are available for 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Whether you need a convenient 30-minute visit or a more complete 90-minute experience, you can select the session that works best for your needs and schedule.
Reflexology provides focused attention to tired feet while offering a calming experience for the entire body. We offer 60- and 90-minute sessions, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy a well-deserved break.
